We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Cancellation Policy: In order to best accommodate all our clients, we require 24 hours’ notice of a cancelled appointment. All appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged half the amount of their appointment. Any appointments with less than one hour notice or no contact at all to cancel or reschedule will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged the full amount of their scheduled appointment. All fees must be paid prior to booking any future services.
Appointment Confirmations and Reminder: In order to best assist you in keeping your appointment, you will receive an email reminder 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and a text reminder/confirmation 24 hours priors to your appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
