Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus, Covid-19, we are taking extra precautions.

 

All staff have received additional training related to hand hygeine and protecting against respiratory illnesses. Additionally, we have put extra measures in place to keep the spa clean and safe for all clients.

 

We ask that all clients please follow the policies listed below.  These policies will go into effect, Monday, June 1, 2020, and will remain in effect until further notice. 

WEAR A MASK - All staff and clients are required to wear a mask while on the premises... before, after and during (when possible) your service.
CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL - When you are parked, please use check in using the Vagaro app. Your Esthetician will send you a notification when they are ready for you to come in. This allows staff to clean and properly prepare for your appointment. Download Vagaro on Apple or Android.
CONTACTLESS CHECK OUT - Credit card transactions will be conducted via your own mobile device.

FORMS AT HOME - When possible, we are requesting all clients to complete their digital services forms at home. There is a NEW COVID-19 form (below) which will be required for each and every visit.

NO GUESTS - In an effort to reduct additional exposure, please do not bring friends or family members to your appointment. 

SANITIZE - Hand sanitizer is located at various places throughout the spa. You are encouraged to use sanitizer before and after touching any surfaces and checkout, as needed.

CANCEL IF UNWELL - If you are not feeling well or displaying the symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For these occassions, we will be waiving the late cancelation fee.
