Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus, Covid-19, we are taking extra precautions.

 

All staff have received additional training related to hand hygeine and protecting against respiratory illnesses. Additionally, we have put extra measures in place to keep the spa clean and safe for all clients.

 

We ask that all clients please follow the policies listed below.  These policies will go into effect, Monday, June 1, 2020, and will remain in effect until further notice. 

WEAR A MASK - All staff and clients are required to wear a mask while on the premises... before, after and during (when possible) your service.
WAIT IN YOUR CAR - If you are early, we ask that you wait in your car. This allows staff to clean and properly prepare for your appointment. 
NO CASH - Until further notice, we will only accept check or credit card as payment. Cash tips will be accepted in a tip envelope to minimize cash handling. 

FORMS AT HOME - When possible, we are requesting all clients to complete their digital services forms at home. There is a NEW COVID-19 form (below) which will be required for each and every visit.

NO GUESTS - In an effort to reduct additional exposure, please do not bring friends or family members to your appointment. 

SANITIZE - There will be hand sanitizer located at various places around the spa. You are welcome to use sanitizer before and after touching any surfaces, as needed.

CANCEL IF UNWELL - If you are not feeling well or displaying the symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For these occassions, we will be waiving the late cancelation fee.
